LumiLor 103 Troubleshooting:

During this class, students will learn how to troubleshoot and repair the Lumilor paint system.

• 2.0  Ohms & Hertz

                 2.1  Knowing what a ohm is
                 2.2  Knowing what a Hz frequency is 

• 3.0  Polarity

                 3.1  Knowing why polarity matters in a DC circuit 

• 4.0  Steps of Troubleshooting  
• 5.0  Twining inverters for large applications

                 5.1  Twining small inverters 
                 5.2  Twining large inverters 

Lab:

• 6.0  Identification

                 6.1  Identifying when the Backplane was applied to light
                 6.2  Identifying when the Dielectric was applied to light
                 6.3  Identifying when the LumiColor was applied to light
                 6.4  Identifying when the Bus Bar was applied to light
                 6.5  Identifying when the electrical connector was applied incorrectly
                 6.6  Identifying when the Conductive Clear was applied too light

• 7.0  Troubleshooting a failed "light up"

                 7.1  Single circuit 
                 7.2  2 or more fields
