LUMILOR PRO Bundle

A LumiLor® PRO Bundle contains the correct ratios of all coating components necessary to cover the approximate area listed for each size bundle. The components included are:
• Backplane • Dielectric • LumiColor (blue, green, aqua, orange or white) • Conductive Clear (CTC) Coverage area is dependent factors such as overspray and thickness of application. Approximate coverage area for each bundle size: 4oz: 1.5 to 2 square feet (.14 to .23 square meters) 8oz: 3 to 5 square feet (.28 to .46 square meters) |
Lumilor PRO Starter Kit

The LumiLor® PRO Starter Kit contains the essentials you need to follow along with the LumiLor® online training videos. 4oz Starter kit covers 1.5 to 2 square feet, and the 8oz Starter kit covers 3-4 square feet. The kit includes:

• (1) Small LumiLor Bundle (4oz) - Your Choice of LumiColor
• (1) 8 inch x 10 inch panel (to be painted) • (1) 3D LumiLor Shape (to be painted) • (1) 1 foot strip of copper tape |
• (2) Male connectors
• (1) Package of J-B KwikWeld • (2) Male connectors with spade attachments • (2) 18 volt inverter attachments • (2) Small inverters |
The following items are required for applying LumiLor® and are NOT included in the Starter kit:

• Well ventilated area
• Compressor • Airlines and fittings • HVLP gravity fed spray guns • Automotive grade clearcoat • Respirator • Nitrile gloves • Red Scotch Brite pads 320-400 grit • Rubbing alcohol • Blue fine line tape 1/2" • Green or Yellow masking tape 3/4" and 1/4" • Masking paper 3" • Drill or Dremel with 3/32" drill bit |
• Tack rags
• Touch up brush pack - varies sizes • Multimeter • Infrared heat gun 500-650 degrees Fahrenheit • Timer • Strainers 120-140 micron • Mixing cups 8 oz or 32 oz • Stir sticks- glass or plastic ** NO METAL OR WOOD ** • PPS system with attachments • 9V Batteries • Black light - wand, cannon, or bulb (cannon is recommended for lighting areas larger than sample shapes) |
